【3月20日は何の日？】春分の日の前日です笑。春分の日とは、昼と夜の長さが同じになる日で、春の始まりを告げる日。春といえば、花や木々が咲き始め、新しい命が生まれる季節です。また、天気が暖かくなり、外で過ごす時間が増えるので、気分も上がりますよね。
自然界には、私たちには見えない小さな動きがたくさんあります。例えば、風に揺れる木々や、花の蜜を吸う虫たちなどです。自然に親しむことで、これらの小さな変化に気づけるようになるかもしれません。
しかし、私たちは忙しい日々に追われるあまり、自然とのつながりを忘れがち。そこで、是非自然とのつながりを再確認してみてはいかがですか。方法は簡単。散歩したり、公園でピクニックしたり、自分の庭で花を育てることなど、自然を身近に感じられることでまずは十分です。。自然と触れ合うことで、心が落ち着いたり、リフレッシュできます。それでも、物足りない方は、登山などいかがでしょうか？

【三重県伊勢市にある朝熊山の登山道についてご紹介します。】
朝熊山は、伊勢神宮の摂社である熊野神社の一つで、神聖な山として知られています。山頂には熊野三山の一つである伊勢志摩の大山崎山が見渡せるため、絶景が待っています。
朝熊山には、複数の登山ルートがありますが、その中でもおすすめなのが、伊勢市役所付近にある朝熊山登山口から登るコースです。このコースは、初心者でも登りやすく、約1時間半から2時間で登頂できるコースです。
コースは比較的フラットで、緑豊かな山林の中を進みます。途中には、名水「清水の滝」や「大岩の滝」など、自然豊かなスポットもあります。また、山頂からの眺望も素晴らしく、晴れた日には、伊勢志摩の景色を一望できます。
登山道は整備されており、足元には手すりが設置されている箇所もありますので、初心者でも安心して登ることができます。ただし、山道は天候によっては滑りやすい場合もあるので、しっかりとした靴を履いて、登山用のグッズを準備しておくことをおすすめします。

Also, it’s important to be grateful for nature. We receive everything we need to live, such as food, water, and air, from nature.
Expressing gratitude for nature may help you cherish it, and caring for nature can lead to better health and happiness for ourselves.
Nature is an essential part of our lives. On the Spring Equinox, let’s be aware of connecting with nature, expressing gratitude for nature, and deepen our connection with nature!
So, Today, I would like to introduce you to the Asamayama hiking trail in Ise City, Mie Prefecture.
Asamayama is one of the shrines of the Ise Jingu, known as a sacred mountain. At the summit, you can see Mount Ooyama, one of the Kumano Sanzan and the beautiful scenery of Ise Shima.
There are several hiking routes on Asamayama, but one of the recommended routes is to start at the Asamayama trailhead near the Ise City Hall. This route is easy for beginners to climb and can be reached in about an hour and a half to two hours.
The course is relatively flat, and you will trek through a lush forest. Along the way, there are natural spots such as the famous “Kiyomizu no Taki” (Clear Waterfall) and “Ooiwa no Taki” (Big Rock Falls). The view from the summit is breathtaking, and on a clear day, you can enjoy the panoramic view of Ise Shima.
The hiking trail is well-maintained, and handrails are installed in some places, making it safe even for beginners. However, depending on the weather, the trail may be slippery, so it is recommended that you wear sturdy shoes and prepare hiking gear.
